Topics include: what to expect in labor, pain coping practices, preparing for the unexpected labor variations and a tour of Bartlett Beginnings: Family Birth Center. We believe this class is best for expectant people and families in their late second to early third trimester. It is recommended that parents plan to complete the class about 4 weeks before their due date.</p>
