House Calls

Ambulatory surgery

• The nurses gave me so much comfort and help before, through and after the surgery.
• I was very nervous to come in for my procedure, but each staff member helped to set my fears to rest. Thank you, all.
• My experiences at Bartlett have been excellent; exemplary care, friendly and competent staff.
• I had no doubt I was in good hands and was thankful for the care I received before, during and after.
• Very pleasant staff who provided excellent information in a clear manner. Answered questions clearly. Very caring of patients' well-being. Willingly answered questions.

Emergency Department (ED)

• All the staff I came into contact with, including the doctors and the nurses that helped that night, were great.
• Nurse was very nice and helpful, doctor was great and took very good care of me—it was a great experience. Everybody was very nice and helpful.
• Wonderful care, could not have been better.
• It was a privilege to meet Dr. Jones and to receive treatment from him.

Inpatient (including Behavioral Health)

• I truly loved all my nurses! They made it a wonderful experience.
• Dr. Newbury was exceptional. He kept me calm, well-informed and so happy with my first birth experience.

Outpatient services

• The technician that hooked up my IV for contrast was awesome. I do not like needles, and she did a super job all the way around. Kudos!
• Over-the-top staff every time I get my mammograms and ultrasounds. Thank you!
• Registration was quick and easy. Staff were cheerful and engaged.
• The nurse that walked me back and established an IV for contrast was engaging, friendly and concerned for my comfort. Nice conversations to put me at ease.
• The mammography technician was phenomenal. Such a nice person and a true asset to Bartlett.
• The staff did their best to make me feel comfortable. Treated me with respect and dignity.
• BRH has a wonderful staff!
