Diabetes Education Programs
Bartlett Regional Hospital offers diabetes education appointments to help you understand your health condition and learn to live life with diabetes. Our educators work with you and your medical providers in order to help you control your diabetes so it won’t control you! We offer information about Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, and Pre-diabetes.
If you have questions or concerns about your diabetes condition, we offer private appointments with a Registered Nurse/Certified Diabetes Educator (RN-CDE) or Registered Dietitian. Ask about appointments with our Endocrinologist.
