Jeff Egbert, Interim Chief Executive Officer
Jeff R. Egbert joined Bartlett as Interim Chief Executive Officer, on October 28, 2013.
Mr. Egbert has over 23 years of hospital experience with 15 years of experience at the CEO level. He served as CEO for three hospitals while employed by Vanguard Health System in Arizona, with the most time at Maryvale Hospital. Additionally, he served as CEO for Tempe St. Luke's Hospital in Tempe, Arizona; CEO for Eastmoreland Community Hospital in Portland, Oregon; and CEO for Yoakum Community Hospital in Yoakum, Texas. He has also held health care leadership positions in New Mexico and Utah.
Jeff Egbert holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas; and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry/Biology form Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota.
Alan W. Germany, Interim Chief Financial Officer
Alan Germany, CPA, MBA, FHFMA began serving as Bartlett's Interim Chief Financial Officer on March 3, 2014.
Mr. Germany brings more than twenty years of health care financial experience to Bartlett, having most recently served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Baptist Hospital and Arizona Heart Hospital.
Alan Germany holds an MBA from the University of Memphis, and is a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
William C. Gardner, RN, Chief Nursing Officer
William (Billy) Gardner came to Bartlett Regional Hospital in 2009 as Director of Medical and Surgical Nursing Department and most recently accepted additional responsibility as Director of the Critical Care Department.
Gardner holds a Bachelors in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Management, and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Mila Cosgrove, Human Resources Systems Administrator
Mila Cosgrove joined the Senior Leadership Team of Bartlett Regional Hospital on October 1, 2013.
Ms. Cosgrove has 29 years of experience working in the Human Resource field with 10 years of experience at the executive level. Ms. Cosgrove has been the Human Resources and Risk Management Director for the City and Borough of Juneau since May of 2006, and will continue to serve in that capacity under a shared services agreement with Bartlett Regional Hospital.
Prior to working for CBJ, Ms. Cosgrove was the Director of Personnel for the State of Alaska. Previous assignments include Deputy Director of Personnel, Workforce Planning and Development Manager, and Labor Relations Specialist for the State of Alaska. In addition, Ms. Cosgrove served as the Southeast Regional Manager for the Alaska Public Employees Association and as a Senior Associate for Resource Planning Inc.
Ms. Cosgrove has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. She possesses an IPMA-CP certification from the International Public Managers Association – Human Resources, and an SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
