Garth Hamblin, CFO
Garth Hamblin is one of the longest serving administrators at Bartlett Regional Hospital. He began work as the hospital's "controller" in November 1987.
Although his title has changed since he came to work over 20 years ago, Garth's responsibilities have remained consistent: handling the hospitals finances, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, budgeting and working with the Board of Directors' Finance Committee to prepare financial reports, among other duties.

Debbi Lehner, COO
Debbi joined Bartlett Regional Hospital in November 2007 from Orlando, Florida. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Debbi received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and her MBA from the University of Central Florida. Her healthcare career began as a Radiologic Technologist.
“I am passionate about making the healthcare experience as positive as possible for all of our customers – this includes our patients, their families, our physicians and our team members. I believe we can make a difference.”
Debbi oversees departments such as Diagnostic Imaging, Construction Management, Building Maintenance, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Respiratory Therapy, among others.

Cathy Carter, CNO
Cathy joined the nursing staff at Bartlett in December 2005. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Alaska Nurses Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Cathy was awarded a Masters of Adult Health Nursing from the University of Arkansas. She began her nursing career in 1982 and has been in practice since that time. She has worked as a Critical Care and Emergency Department staff nurse, Critical Care Manager, Case Management Manager, among other positions, and enjoyed several years as a nursing instructor at Arkansas Northeastern College in Blytheville, Arkansas.
“Nursing is a worthy profession for those who want to make a difference in the lives of others. I believe there is no higher calling than care for the sick, including those with mental disabilities or addiction problems. Nurses are heroic in the job they do and the difficulties they face every day. I am proud to be associated with this group of professionals. My life has been enriched in more ways than I can describe because of my experiences in nursing.”
Cathy is responsible for patient care providers who work in 11 separate departments, including Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Emergency Medical Technicians, and Mental Health Aides.
